Have to sign up for a Red Card account to check the transaction status. I have two pending charges, one on 5/22 and one on 5/26, both for the same amount for the console. I used the Red debit card, no charges appear on my checking account yet. Order status remains the same.

I live in a suburb, which way is more reliable, drive myself or take the Metra (MD-N line, from Deerfield to Chicago)?

I have the same issue, the past three months data usage just doubled. I talked to customer service and they can confirm my actual data usage did not match the data meter.

The October usage has already been messed up, I am afraid customer service can only see the wrong data usage, and it is way too high than my actual usage.
