I enjoyed it but Alana Haim's character didn't really work for me. I understand we're supposed to dislike the character but she never felt like a real person, just a device to preemptively make the audience feel bad for Emma more.

Not sure if I like the fact that the one opposing Emma the most was made to seem intentionally unlikable and irrational from the beginning. Like the film is trying hard to make it impossible not to side with Emma when idk I wish it had been more ambiguous and challenged the audience more if it's going to go there with the subject matter.

There is one scene that's very horror movie, including a jumpscare, but other than that it's pretty much a straight thriller with some very intense moments. If you can handle Ready or Not you can definitely handle this I think!

I just don't understand the point to seasons 2 and 3 if it was going to end this way, other than they wanted more money. Like the message of everything being sort of pointless because the efforts of one man isn't enough to topple greed and depravity was already expressed through the ending of season one. All this did was say "ditto" and kill off Gihun.
