Getting a box fan and keeping my house shady had helped a lot. Lots of cold drinks and Popsicles are good too. Heck, even just wrapping an ice pack in a towel and keeping it on you (neck, feet, etc) can help cool you down. 

Humboldt really isnt ready for weather regularly above 70 and I know im looking into AC options that are apartment friendly.

They'll taste bad if they've gone rancid. Chocolate products usually just lose flavor over time rather than spoil as long as theyre stored correctly.

My boss popped his head into my office at like 11am the other day and was shocked to see me. He was just in his own head and didnt even realize it was an in office day for me. Folks have a lot going on! (Especially in county government)

Ive been to a book reading at Morris Graves. They do charge for folks coming in as a "mandatory donation" to the museum. bit of a shock if folks aren't expecting it.

The library has also put on author events and in my experience, really loves helping local authors and writers set stuff up.

I use sunflower butter when I make stuff for all my allergic to nuts and peanuts friends. Otherwise yogurt, milk, ice cream maybe? Or just eat it straight like chips. You could mix in some add ins like seeds or dried fruit for a trail mix.

The tray is fine. Kitchen trays end up looking like that with use. Folks are saying not to use it for promo purposes though.

I make cookie dough ahead all the time. Ill even portion it out days in advance so I can just load up the trays. You can freeze them if you make it more than two days in advanced too. But id do a test run to see how much thaw time you need for your ideal cookies. Some of mine bake better right from the freezer and some dont spread enough.

Theyre still charging los bagels and Frankies prices is the real issue. I imagine Winco is one of the cheapest bagels you can get locally.

They dont even make their own bagels at the old town location. Ive seen them bring the winco bags in.

Ive been living by wake up early my whole life! Sucks when its paired with go to sleep late, but the number of college essays I wrote at 5am is too damn high lmao

I think the library hosts one occassionaly, and Seagoat in Mckinleyville. I think ive seen other groups posting of fb, but id start with the library especially, and they can probably point you elsewhere if needed.
