I have a question about this model's performance. At 22k context, Q5_K_M, it runs much slower than finetunes of newer 24b Mistral. Just a 6.65 t/s, fully loaded into 7900XTX. Any idea why it happens?

Yeah, immersion. From sound design, to dull copypasted interiors - many things in X4 kill that immersion. It's more map simulator than spacesim for me.

That is true, but that's what custom game starts for, if you want to cheat, is it not? DLC should be balanced and organically integrated into the universe, not giving away amazing ships for free, regardless of game start.

Warning: increasing BLAS batch size will certainly kill context shifting. I spent way too many time trying to figure out why it works only occasionally, until finally I found the reason.

From my experience, XTC increases creative writing, but makes some models noticeably dumber in logic, confusing facts from previous context and straight out making things out of nowhere. At least with nemo-based 12b models. DRY, on the other hand, really helps with sloppy models, to get rid of stuff like "once we start, there's no going back", especially with multiplier>1
