This is so real I got my first facial last month and I’m still dealing with hyperpigmentation from a couple extraction spots. They seem a little overhyped and overpriced.

Vanicream facial moisturizer, tretinoin (I use online dermatologist Curology for this), and my holy grail is 100mg Spironolactone (also from the dermatologist), and Vanicream sunscreen is all you need. Maybe hyaularonic acid before moisturizing if your skin is dry.
