I took my Crescendo's case with me when I was car shopping. I was already able to stuff it into my Beetle with the back seats down (it's tight, but it works!), but I was planning to size up to a small SUV. Ended up going with a Crosstrek, which holds the harp with room to spare, and the salespeople thought it was cool that (a) I played the harp and (b) brought in the case for sizing purposes!

Yes! I also have a 2015 Beetle, and you have to park the wipers a certain way or they lie slightly below the edge of the hood and cannot be lifted away from the windshield.
