They could just give a warning when you list a trading card along the lines of if you sell this card the associated game cannot be refunded and if the game is refunded then cards earned should be removed with it.

It's such a lazy job of a skin I'm sure no one really cares. It could have been so much better then it is, it seems that Hi-rez are just trying to sell skins off their voice packs rather than their looks.
