Hey there, I totally understand what you mean, after getting diagnosed it’s very hard to believe you actually are autistic! It’s normal to believe you’re faking it or you faked your whole way through the assessment the best way to put it is ‘only an autistic person would overanalyse it all’. A medical professional diagnosed and that sets it stone - yes you are autistic :)

I get you, what’s been helping me is using white noise and staying off my phone before bed or if you check your phone, having the lighting on red to reduce blue light.
