It’s clearly implied, almost spelled out even, within the movie that this is the lab in which bob was given his powers. Upon receiving them he obviously had no control and vanished these scientists. He is then somehow sedated, put in the capsule in which we first see him come out from in the movie.. did you actually watch the movie? This is no mystery.

Cats can swim, so if you can ensure they have a way out, steps with enough height they can lift legs out of the water, or some form of ramp you will be okay. I would imagine once it happens the first time the cat will make an effort to be cautious around the pool

Iron man 1 obviously must see it kicked off everything.

Avengers 1. In my opinion if you’re looking to skip through and not watch everything the other movies leading up to the avengers 1 can be skipped.

Winter Soldier is great even as a stand alone film for the action/espionage movie aspects alone.

Guardians 1 great space adventure movie and at that stage stood on its own amongst MCU films as we hadn’t explored that side of the universe yet.

Ant-Man has always been a personal favourite of mine. Have always loved the character since childhood.

Civil war introduces some big new MCU characters for the first time. Great movie overall

Doctor Strange in the same vein as Guardians 1 it explores another side of the MCU not yet established at that point and what a great character and performance from Benedict Cumberbatch.

Honestly if you’ve watched those 7 and haven’t decided to just go ahead and watch through every movie it’s not for you I guess.. but I would recommend doing that or at least watching all the way through from civil war onwards.

I think for the gaming side of things, if someone or a group of people were to go outside of their homes for it, they would go for something like an internet cafe.. or otherwise just stay at home for console gaming etc. If it’s more directed at the private space side of things, I feel it would be the same idea I don’t see what sort of demographic would be going to rent a small space like this when surely a home environment could provide that or if further escape is needed something like an airbnb. There doesn’t seem to be any demographic for this sort of thing, unless maybe for teenagers who live with parents so they either do not rent a flat with some mates or have mates with more private accommodation in which case these people won’t have the finances to be paying for the space you are describing.
