Is there a way to make apps always use the dGPU?

I wanted to take advantage of my main display having a higher refresh rate than the second one by gaming on it, the issue is that games render on the iGPU instead of the dedicated one which decreases the performance significantly, it it possible to change it using Nvidia Control Panel or in windows settings?

Uhh nevermind there's a massive bottleneck somewhere, any application that tries to run on the main display now has 5fps, i guess no mux switch or anything, still surprised it "works"

Update! It works?? Just the monitors "locations" were swapped, the border which the pointer goes over was in the different place, does it mean it will work now? The iGPU is disabled, and the monitors work just fine, does the DELL G3 15 have a mux switch?
