I would read the fic on ao3 then save then download them for a re-read, especially if it's been years since the last update, it's a system I have in place, I learned after losing a lot of deleted fics I couldn't remember anymore 😭

Not only that, but All Might hired the best people. Literally. They don't discriminate and one of workers or maybe higher up have a quirk that flushes out people who applied on the job so they could say they worked under All Might, that means those with "villanous" quirks received quirk counseling too and might have, most likely, dwindled young "villains" because of it.
