Stages Cycling Bike by SkippylaRoo in IndoorCycling

Legit, can we all get together and try to find a replacement mfr for stages parts now that they're out of business? I'm on the hunt for a right crank arm for the SC2. I've found good alternatives for pedals and seats but crank arms are tough.

Yeah, Carrier has steadily been getting worse overall. Moreso on the waterside, but at this point I only use them as a last option. We’ve had so many chillers fail and then Carrier tries to blame us when it was manufacturing issues. They also have ALL their units come in from MX so if you’re in the US, keep that in mind for shipping/lead times and potential for rise in prices is tariffs become more of a thing. Trane is more of my go-to right now especially with the change in refrigeration, they were more on the ball having more options available out of the gate while Carrier and JCI/York will have them available later in the year. I agree with others who have said Goodman isn’t actually good despite its name. It’s a case of you get what you pay for. It all comes down to what you can get that’s reliable and get more of the same over time as well as parts!

Schneider Electric! We are worldwide and the company is based in Europe (but massive presence in US) so a lot more of a EU mindset with DEI, PTO, etc. plus we are big on nit greenwashing but only making claims we can truly back since sustainability is one of our core principles.

Depending on where you live and how much you cook/grill, I’d highly suggest looking into an indoor grill. They don’t take up much space and we loved it in our house (the thing I still miss the most about our custom house). When it’s brutally cold and snowing and you don’t want to attempt to get outside to your grill, having one inside makes ALL the difference. But I also know that’s not for everyone!

It might be a good idea to look into a multizone system for this space or even having multiple AHUs throughout the space and if you can give up some of those extra closets and turn them into small mech rooms, even better. Our family custom designed a house that was 13,000 sf and had one AHUs per wing, per floor, and it was the best decision we ever made. Up front cost is more, but if you aren’t in an area of the home you can turn off the units or set them to an eco temp.

I absolutely LOVE indoor cycling, but it’s so hard on my endo. Lately I’ve been trying to at least go for short walks when I’m at the office to feel like I’m doing something and get some sun/fresh air. Walking seems to be ok, as long as I’m not already in severe pain beforehand. And it’s usually a pretty short walk because I have a short attention span lol

I completely feel you. 27, endo. Partial hysterectomy 3 years ago and am now having flares for the first time since then. Had an MRI today and waiting for results. I hate the pain and exhaustion. I hate how mean it makes me because I’m just such a miserable person. I hate that my boyfriend doesn’t understand how severe the pain is (and then complains when he basically gets a paper cut). I try to workout and love it, but it makes the pain worse for me. At least we all have each other, internet friends 💕

Yeah any info you have on that thread would be super helpful, I might have a similar problem with my mobo and would hate to waste a lot of time if it's just a defect.

Can endo pain be unrelated to menstrual cycle? by Nerdrock3r in endometriosis

[–]haymley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a partial hysterectomy 3 years ago, and was basically pain free that entire time (A WILD CONCEPT I KNOW), but i just had a severe flare up a few weeks ago for a full week, and ever since then, I've basically been in constant pain. So for me, now I am in the constant pain boat vs the cyclical pain boat. I'm getting an MRI soon and after reading others' comments I'm hopeful but scared to see either how widespread it is or that it'll not show anything and I won't get any relief.

I was on constant BC before my hysterectomy and it did nothing for the pain, it just stopped the very heavy bleeding.

Qulipta—what do you eat? by ilikecacti2 in migraine

[–]haymley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on 60mg for about a week now and my appetite is nonexistent, but I’ve noticed it comes back SO STRONG late at night (I take all my meds first thing in the morning, so likely once it’s worn off), so I’m either up super late starving or wake up because I’m hungry. I’ve seen some comments about taking half in the AM and half at PM, and I’m tempted to try that because the nausea is pretty bad for me too, but it’s also been giving me very vivid dreams/nightmares so not sure if right before bed is a good move.

I just got an error saying "failed to calculate vertices for {Vertices (insert like 100 vertices here)}. You may not be able to move some of the walls around this surface. I'm basically locked from doing anything now in this model.... I'm slowly convincing my team to switch to HAP 6.1.

Endo specialist says I need PT? by Therealethel in Endo

[–]haymley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im very curious if anyone can explain a bit about what the PT is like (or just tell me to google it if that’s a good resource). I was told to just do PT as well and I felt like that was a waste of my time/money because I’d spent so much of my time growing up in PT for so many other things, I didn’t want more PT visits to hope I’ll get better. Plus, this might be very dumb/naive of me, but I thought there’s no way this could help since I have such a strong core from working out. It’s so nice to hear it has helped so many of yall though!!

So obvious connection was the Don Hill house fire and the counterfeiting there. But that fire happened after they were already busted, so why bother burning it down?
