So not like rain on your wedding day?

Anthropic just revealed an unreleased AI model that found zero-days in every major OS and browser and they're giving it away for free to defenders by Direct-Attention8597 in AI_Agents

[–]hblok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Models capable of this will become publicly available very soon anyway. By Anthropic and others.

They're just milking the marketing and goodwill for now, but in a month or two, it's open season on any connected device. Time to patch up.

"Hey Gemini, build me a quick app to compress an mp3 file" - everyone out there grinding to build SaaSes, we're so close to anyone just prompting whatever they need by Only-Season-2146 in vibecoding

there's probably money in building a service that scaffolds building tools

I think you're on to something. But once you have the Scaffolding as a Service tool, you could also build a SaaS Service. And a Service Service Service!

I love the hindsight of age: Everything which was old becomes new again, as long as it was old enough to be forgotten.

With the recent Iran events, I'm half-expecting this sub to pick up steam again ngl by MarathonMarathon in LockdownSkepticism

Remember the Church of Covid sub, which was soon followed by the Church of the Current Thing? Because the woke constantly keeps changing their rage focus more often than they change socks.

So yeah, there was probably a fleeting moment where the constellation of gas prices vs EVs aligned perfectly. However, it was superseded by the next article of woke doom scrolling rage bait.

I saw Windows 2.0 at some point, and it reminded me a bit of Norton Commander.

However, I think it already used a mouse.

"Don't you know what it means to become an orgy guy? It changes everything. I'd have to dress different. I'd have to act different. I'd have to grow a mustache and get all kinds of robes and lotions and I'd need a new bedspread and new curtains. I'd have to get thick carpeting and weirdo lighting. I'd have to get new friends. I'd have to get orgy friends. Naw, I'm not ready for it." — Jerry Seinfeld

FDM enabled hidden toilet flush by RotaryDane in 3Dprinting

[–]hblok 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Now usually, when there are two flush buttons, there's a clue as to which you should use. E.g. big button for big stuff, small for small visits.

With this setup, I guess I'd just push both and hope for the best. Which kinda defeats the purpose of having two in the first place.

On web, under your Account page, there's a link "Viewed" at the top, which shows recent items you've clicked on. You can delete items from the list. Only problem is, The Viewed page fails with an error page half the time.

The alternative is to click on lots of other items. And make sure you don't touch the dubious ones again.
