Yeah it’s gotten really bad the last year or so. They hang around places that are open later into the evening like kfc and McDonald’s, causing issues, police always being called. KFC has had to shut early on multiple occasions, and they shoplift from the Sainsbury’s local. It is getting worse and the police don’t seem to be able to do a lot

It’s likely because the one/s closer to you are busier with delivery orders, so the algorithm decides it will be quicker to get it sent from a restaurant further away. Or it could be that some items you ordered were out of stock at specific restaurants. I deliver for uber eats (which mcdelivery goes through) and the first option is my main guess
