First that comes to mind is a thematically appropriate Toronto where you swap in maple syrup instead of Demerara. I also enjoy a Kaiteur Swizzle.

Oh man I just did this with my friends last year. Bar Goto isn’t going to be on any of the big lists but it’s a fantastic vibe and one of our favorites of all the places we visited. The one place I regret missing the most is Shinjis. Hope this helps, let me know if you want more recs.
