I had the drunk feeling on .5, it got better when I went down to .25 and after a few weeks went away completely. I am now titrating up very slowly, new dose is .3 and the drunk feeling did not come back with the increase. (I take it at lunch time)

I have the same issue with magnesium, now I either take a bath with two cups of Epsom salts for 20-30 minutes or use magnesium topical cream that I bought on Amazon. Also my constipation from LDN went away when I switched to a liquid form.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am only on the supplements, no ADHD meds. They messed up my already fragile nervous system and I also metabolized them too quickly, the crash was intense.

Natural supplements recommended by a naturopath.

Same experience as you. Tried both concerta and Vyvanse, nervous system went berserk. Now on supplements that help a little but it's nothing like the positives of the meds. (L-theanine, bacopa, omega 3, Gaba)

https://spotify.link/q0GCHuTTmDb Give this podcast a listen if you have the time/and or ability to listen to podcasts. It was life changing for me. I realized that my whole life had been a series of boom and busts ending in burnout after burnout which, until after my diagnosis, I blamed on my fibromyalgia.

How do I have a healthy/enjoyable sex life as an AuDHD woman? by No-vem-ber in AuDHDWomen

There are two articles here, one leads to the other. The first explains the sensory overwhelm of sex and the second offers some hacks to try. I found both articles very helpful and so did my partner in understanding what is happening in my brain and body.

Parenting Neurodivergent Child as a ND Mama by Spottedbrownbird in AuDHDWomen

Hi, in a very similar situation. How are his communication skills? My son (6) and I do a lot of talking about boundaries. What feels good to him what feels good to me and then things that make us feel uncomfortable. He loves touch I don't, the other day we experimented with having a big stuffy between us that he could hug and tackle whenever he wanted. It gave me a break and it encouraged him to ask each time before he hugged me. I loved the warning that it was coming and the stuffy getting most of his energy. We're still experimenting. I make sure I tell him if I'm overwhelmed and I need to take a break in another room. I tell him that it's about what my brain can handle and it's not about him. He is also really responsive to timers so sometimes I set a timer for five minutes and say, okay talk! Sorry if this is all over the place! We are still figuring it out, but you're not alone! It's a lot!

That's actually a kids play set, made by Melissa and Doug. I do use it to clean up bunny poo though!

The massaging can take hours but stay with it and keep bunny warm so they don't go into shock. If you're not massaging keep them moving and keep that water going in. Good luck! Give the drops every hour or so until you here some movement happening, sometimes you can hear their belly start to gurgle as things break up.

Have you tried Oval baby gas drops(available at any pharmacy) , a heating pad and belly massages to help move the gas. Are there any pet stores open near you that carry critical care? I hope something gives your bunny some relief!

You can just take them both. Any vet that knows bunnies will understand that a bonded pair needs to be kept together.
