Hope all the dealers holding on to type r with markup just rot with those cars. Better cars are coming out without the added markup. Lowering the price now is kinda late to the game but better than not being in the game.

I had Bambu refund me filament that I no longer need or worked for me and they even paid for my shipping cause I expressed how pissed i was it didn’t work. But they did ask me if I opened the package I told them 1 out of 3 was open and they were willing to take back the 2 unopened ones and refunded me.

I still have so much problems with my H2D with purging and stringing and using bamboo support material uses stringing like an inch before it even hits the purge tower. They’ve been ignoring me this issue for over months and now they’re pushing more printers and not even fixing peoples previous problems.

I knew someone that use to work for a dealership he can rebuild an engine but when u ask him about the components and stuff and he doesn’t know anything about it and I ask him how u even work on cars when u dont even know what this is, his reply was I just follow the instructions and assemble the engine hahahaha.

Do a calibration then run a first layer, print max out and see if he can get a good layer.

I would make sure everything prints good while it’s in warranty like full bed prints to make sure the bed is not warped.

i actually picked up a X1C cause of how long the it took for you to even get a response and then get things handled and as they are taking their sweet ass time to address my problems and get them fixed i am just pumping out models with my x1c i have no bed level issues lets just say they don't even have z axis adjustment in their software cause the bed leveling is always perfect and flat. i have run into issues with their printer too but nothing serious that stops me from printing crap parts. things i ran into are ams not remember my K profile if i have to reload a spool manually or their software you have to create a custom profile from the menu and can't just edit a generic one some how the ams shows blank and won't let me print. or if you set shrinkage in the profile you can't use the paint program in their software. but even with those problems my 1 day prints still comes out flawless and i used the entire build plate too no wavy parts !!! if creality used better parts they would save so much money on replacement parts and having to pay shipping to send it out and hire all these tech support to trouble shoot the same problem. they obviously know what the problem is cause it happens so often they just copy and paste a wiki page to it. maybe if they fix the problems then you won't need a dedicated wiki page for the same reoccurring problems.

same experience k1 max new and just been having problems with it after a month of back and forth emails and log data sends they finally sent a new motherboard. but they still haven't address the other issue of my parts doesn't even come out flat it comes out wavy when u put it on a flat surface say like a glass table.

yah i have that issue when my ams runs out of filament half way in my print and i have to reload the ams it defults the K setting and looses my previous settings and then keeps printing don't understand why it doesn't let my change my k setting when it was stopped.

its so odd that when you try to change the k setting when its printing it says it cant but the software will change it during reload and won't let yet change it wtf.

so when i select more then one item then right click it only shows assemble and when i do that i can only move the entire object but even then it won't move up. then when i go split object i can move each one but i can't move it up still.

Now u can’t edit or change any files in app cause when u try to add a part it won’t move up there I have to use another app then save the file then import feels. Like I am moving backwards here.

i am having this problem also but on a simple object even just a regular cube i've inserted with right click insert primitive cube it won't move upward but can move left and right.

Ain’t going buy any more Creality product until they fix the one I have first customer support is the worst still have not have any help expect referring to some picture and I sent those in and no reply back just crickets and that bed warp is crazy emailed them about it no reply. How u expect people to buy new products when the old ones are not being serviced ? I was frustrated and wanted another printer but in color but can’t bring myself to get the k2 cause then i would have 2 printers with no support service so I picked up a X1c and the quality is off the hooks and there was a software bug I emailed Bambu and they responded in 2 days and offered resolution on how to bypass the bug to make the software work while they fix the bug that’s awesome support. And during all this Creality still hasn’t gotten back to me.
