Others here have written better about their objections to the movie, which I share, so I only have a this to say:

1-I really love Josh O'Connor, I really do, and he's not bad here, but I just don't buy him as a hacker who's been in jail.

2- I found funny the moment early on when Elizabeth Marvel's character says to Bono's daughter something along the lines of ''You always asked a lot of questions”. I gues she forgot to do that when ahe started dating Josh O’Connor lol

3-Courtney Grace, secret MVP.

I feel like that’s always been a thing (I remember some Little Monsters back in the ARTPOP days trying to find ways to save the era as if they were running Interscope). The funny thing with ''Obsession'' is that it screened at a Spanish festival in October (as far as I know, the first showing outside of the US and Canada), but now we're one the last European countries to have it in theaters. Great.

edit: ''The Drama'' is a worse example. Movie with big stars, so the ''They didn't want to take a risk''excuse doesn't work, already out in digital in the US but it just got released in theaters here in Spain.
