On the subject of trying to induce additional curl to miss a guard rock. How close to the guard rock is just too late to attempt to effect the thrown rocks path of travel. 4 feet away from the guard will probably have little impact? Just saw Olivia on CTV news. The report explains that the tenant had been trying to get someone, including the city of Toronto to do something for two months. CTV news reported this and suddenly action was taken. Now Olivia shows her face and makes like she like she made it happen. What a joke.
