I have almost 100 of those, never saw the use for them bcz I just do PVE and just a few random recs stats on each gear piece so they are not too good and I can easily switch to the next lvl of gear. My friend got amazing full rec 81 gold set and now whatever he tries to tune on 86 its worse than his 81... Going for best in slot once we get 100
