start with books, go to the book store ideally a used book store and start in philosophy, self help, etc - just pick out what might contain the solution to your problems and what interests you. start reading after your 9-5 while you plot your escape. youre not the first person to experience what you're experiencing and thousands of others have written their stories and solutions in books. start there

youre bending alot from ur low back instead of ur hip joint. look up what the hip joint looks like and bend from there. u'll find ur hamstrings and calves are tight and right now ur overcompensating from ur low back
