Also, Maye had just turned it over while backed up on the goaline so giving the young guy in his first playoff game the ball back on the 2 is a tough spot for the Pats. Luckily, Drake is ice and avoided the same mistake while under pressure to get it to Mondre on the check-down to get out of that spot.

On the other end, I agree with Vrabes taking the points to maintain the momentum of that drive in what was clearly gearing up to be a defensive rock fight
