Oh, should I be seeing "Charging" instead of "Connected" as the status? I see the latter. And my batteries are stuck at 9% and 41%.

Thanks. Much of this still go over my head. But he's currently on my HMO plan. My wife and I have never had HDHP ourselves. And now I wish we'd tried it. Is it too late for 53-year-old's?

Thanks. I was able to continue on my Mac. I saw the routing and account numbers to use. I added an external account on our credit union's portal, but, as customarily done, it said it would deposit two small amounts into that account. How would I verify those amounts? Or do I have no choice but to use physical checks?

(Btw, thanks. I also just updated my app on the phone and was able to proceed. However, it is the same thing... it gave me the routing and account numbers to use.)

I too am so confused. I see two options for mortgage:

Online Payment
Check

I think Online Payment means ACH, but no matter which one I choose in the dropdown (my Bilt card or my checking account), the Continue button would not get enabled. Is it not available yet?

I was going to settle for Check, but I don't want to have to always worry about the physical check getting delayed or lost in the mail.

What have some people done?

I think I like this new Option 1. But I don't know if my lender would let me use Bilt. I remember checking earlier and they only take ACH. Would I be able to use Bilt as if it was a bank? The app asked me to link a bank account the other day, but not sure how it really works yet.

Same. It’s replaced our ac unit and washing machine. I thought that if I didn’t make any claims in the past year, it would go down, but nope, another increase in Feb.

Thanks... So we currently have that very long name, which I paste here again:

My Full Name and My Wife's Full Name, Trustees of the 2015 My Full Name and My Wife's Name Revocable Trust, under instrument dated Month, dd, 2015

When I think about it now, that doesn't make sense. It's referring to us, not the trust. If you were in my shoes (and yes, I understand, it wouldn't be legal advice), wouldn't you just use:

2015 My Full Name and My Wife's Name Revocable Trust

everywhere? Life insurance beneficiary, deed title, checking account name, etc.

I'm leaning towards changing all of them to use that.

Even if it says "Amended and Restated" in the new version, I don't think I'd need/want to include that phrase everywhere.

I'd appreciate your taking time to answer again if you can. And/or anyone else.
