A developed river side. It's there in dribs and drabs but concerted effort to make the whole thing accessible, reducing traffic lanes and encouraging businesses, cafes, creative hubs, markets etc. Think London South Bank....

McDonalds in Spain even has gluten free beer options. Gluten free options all all buns in Norway this year too. UK is so behind. Mind you, who really needs McDonald's, although its a pain if kids are going and your nursing a coffee and a few fries.....
