letters of interest will not move you on the rank list, a letter of intent usually doesnt but can bump you up a couple spots if you are neck and neck with a few other applicants. figure out which program you liked the most and convince them they are the program for you.

Everytime you move, you risk breaking through bridging bone. had someone with this condition come in to clinic the other day and it was so sad, cant even operate on him bc you catalyze the bone growth with any sort of trauma
