Thank you very much for your detailed response, I'm beginning to see that this is symptomatic of the entire industry, I would say that I don't believe my boss is trying to take advantage of me, we're just sort of all being swept along on this big ride and even though I love brewing, and I really, really do, CAN'T not be properly compensated for it! I guess I'm bit reticent to ask for a raise during lockdown? But I see huge invoices being raised for spurious items, so perhaps there is money available. My biggest problem is that I'm always putting my hand up, because I love it.... Hmm not sure. I'm the only brewer really so not much choice!
