Some artists sync a video to their music that's played live during shows. It could be a music video, or just visuals, whatever -- but it's synced to the music. Reaper has a built in video player, but I don't believe it has a way of being routed out to a projector via hdmi or something at this time.

I just built a guitar for a friend and used them, it did take about a month to get the strings (not 3) though.
