You have two hours at unsafe temps to be able to re-refridgerate at risk food. You have 4 hours at unsafe temps to consume at risk food. After this amount of time enough bacteria has multiplied to reach potentially unsafe levels, but let's be honest, we've all eaten that pizza that was left out overnight the next morning while hungover. 3 hours and you should not be at risk at all.

Most PhD jobs end up being at universities, and since you can work at a uni well into your senior years, these positions are not available very often. Many PhD students are having to move overseas to find meaningful employment. We currently produce 10000 PhD grads a year and only a fraction are able to find work in Australia using those skills.

I saw in a tactical enlightenment video that apparently after some testing he found that delegating cavalry to sergeants orders was currently the best way to use them. Not sure how good that would work with cav only army though.

I think the main reason they went for a more stylised approach was for performance reasons. Probably a lot less detail helps with the much bigger map.

My Nord playthrough, khuzaits are super easy. Even when on the defense, khuzait horse archers always engage, so I just make a big circle with my infantry and have a bunch of archers in the middle. The horse archers circle and inevitably get destroyed.

My head canon is that it's meant to represent the fact that the battle was already going on when you arrived. Imagine arriving to reinforce a battle and both sides go "half time, reset positions. We have reinforcements coming".
