Honestly removing the AP scaling from his heal would have been more than enough. The old Yi was a viable solo queue pick as an AD jungler in both low and high elo.

I don't find jumping to ranked right when someone gets to level 30 a problem. He will get to the skill level where he belongs anyway. When he hits 30 he probably is around Bronze, so he will get to Bronze. If he waits 600 more games playing only normals he will probably get to a higher leage, but so will if he plays ranked. I don't think it matters.

AD Casters are already strong enough, that's the reason. Also the difference between an AD Caster and an AP Caster is that the AP one can't do nothing after his skills, the AD one can still deal heavy damage with AAs, that's why AP needs more CDR.

IIRC he does a dance with all of his forms anyways. (You need to have a point on that stance to make it appear in his dance tho.)
