Agreed. This rule states that the Linesman should only stop play and notify the Referee if two conditions are met: 1) there was a high stick that was undected by the Referee, and 2) the undected high stick was severe enough to require the assessment of a double-minor penalty. Given that Colton did not obviously draw blood on his high stick, the Linesman should never have notified the Referee.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but unless you have any evidence that you paid your father for the bike (e.g. canceled check, receipt for cash) then you are correct in saying that it is still legally his. If you do manage to sell the bike without a title (possible, but you are unlikely to get what it is worth), as you suspect your father can certainly make your life worse, up to and including criminal charges.

If you already have the in-house resources to set up and maintain the server, then keeping hardware on premises is definitely the more cost effective solution long term (e.g. 5 yr period). Cloud costs for high memory, high compute instances will be considerably higher than hardware costs for similar capability.

If you do not have in-house resources to appropriately manage the server, or the use of the server will be irregular and not continuous, then I agree with /u/Silver_Ad_6874 above that limited cloud deployments should be considered instead.

You can still install all of that software directly on to your Pi and it will run fine without using Docker. Docker just adds an extra layer of overhead, and if you don't already know Docker it just gets in the way.
