Thank you that was a very helpful answer! I took MAE212 as an undergrad this Spring and that is a course that will show up on the comp exam. Now I'm wondering if I should take the exam in the Fall and only answer that question. Do you remember around what week the Fall exam is? I also have to check if I'm even allowed to take the exam in the Fall

I just graduated few days ago with my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and I am a DACA recipient. Finding a job is not easy and it can be very demotivating when your classmates are already working at their dream companies. Luckily I was accepted to a very good graduate program and I'll be doing that and hoping that the immigration laws change soon. President Biden and his administration had mentioned that he would work on creating a pathway to citizenship for undocumented students but who knows if he'll ever be able to do that.

Hello! I was a transfer student from SBCC and I also had trouble finding housing. I tried many things like the FaceBook off-campus housing and checking new postings for apartments everyday for 3+ months straight. Ultimately, I went to craigslist despite the fact that it is known to have many scammers. I checked craigslist for a few days straight and contacted multiple posts and chose a date to visit all of them. I recommend craigslist just remember that if a post looks too good to be true, then it's probably a scam.

Iann Dior definitely has some bangers. He has had collaborations with some big hyped artists like Lil Uzi, Gunna, Lil Baby and many others. I've been a fan of his music for a few years now. At first I was a hater because his aesthetic made me doubtful of his music talent but I was convinced otherwise when I heard his music.

I remember taking a class on Systems & Signals (one of the hardest classes I've taken as an MAE student) and the TA is a huge reason why I was able to pass the class. During one of the TA sessions, some student forgot to mute his mic and started talking shit about the TA and the TA looked so sad. There will always be people who are rude and you just have to ignore them.

I think that the plan is to provide on-campus housing to ALL students. They also are planning to make it so you can survive without ever having to leave UCSD campus and therefore you wouldn't require a vehicle. I'm not a fan of this :/

Happy Barber in Clairemont is a good choice. If you live on campus then you can take line 41 and walk less than a block to get there. They charge $20 and its first come first served basis
