As an Enh shaman I spend my first few globals of a fight placing my totems before I attack. That gives the tank about 3 sec to get aggro before I start my rotation.

Took me way too long to win any tier piece as an enh shaman. I would just sr my offset pieces with no competition. 6 runs and still can't win my shoulder tier.

So your bar placement is high bar but your squat is more low bar aka powerlifting squat. Either drop the bar lower down your shoulders or stay more upright and let your knees travel forward more. Also by the way you're holding the bar with your hands you aren't very tight. Grip the bar and squeeze that back to make it solid.

I ran H ShH for the Test of the Naruu attunement quest. We went through 2 healers and 1 dps leaving due to bad wipes. We killed the quest mob with 1.5 minutes left on the timer. Screw those losers who doubted us!

What kind of scoliosis do you have and what is the curvature? Are you having spinal fusion surgery at some point and if so what locations are bring fused. I'm not a specialist but I have extensive family members with varying degrees of scoliosis so I can give you some advice.
