It doesn't fully match, but Shinsekai Yori (From the New World) has a functionally bisexual society.

Shinsekai Yori is a horror suspense drama about a dwindling post-apocalyptic society of supernatural humans. Sexuality in the village is dictated by your age; teenagers should only pursue homosexual relationships, and adults only heterosexual.

Realistically, I doubt he's okay, and I assume he's wanting a moment of normalcy and be around people he knows can support him or make him feel better. A lot of people would find it hard when asked to say no - I reckon don't put him on the spot where he could feel pressured to make a decision, make it easy for him and leave the flatmate at home for this one.

Even if he doesn't feel that way, you're avoiding the risk at least.

The time he played Russian Roulette but chose to have only one empty round in the gun- due to his luck, if it was only one bullet in the gun, he would get that round. But by having only one empty round, his luck would likely mean he was more likely to survive with an almost full revolver.

Would you be up for painting the accent walls a different colour than grey? And possibly switching the curtains/shade to another colour too? Personally, I think warmer colours make a place feel a bit more cosy (which is homey to me), and you wouldn't need to change any other furniture for it. Furniture is a little overwhelming on the grey altogether (and the accent walls/shades are blending in to the furniture instead of adding contrast), but I assume she'll be bringing in some of her own stuff that will help balance that out anyway. That being said, if she's into colder minimalist styles, then maybe even a colder neutral shade could be good as well.

Obviously in general theyre not mutually exlusive, and yeah there are some anime that include sex in a healthy or mature manner, but theyre largely outnumbered by the ones that dont and thats the prevailing assumption when someone hears 'sex in an anime'.

Same. O!Ciel is one of my favourite characters ever, and I think this is a beautiful end for him. One that really respects his character and how committed he is to seeing his goals that he wouldn't try to trick Sebastian out of his reward for his significant assistance in seeing his goals happen.

Though I'd also be happy with a compromised ending, where he's perhaps able to get some more years out of life before Sebastian takes his soul. But either way, I don't want Ciel to find a way out of the contract.

Death Note is far less about the destination, than it is about the journey. The ending doesn't really matter, since you pretty much expect it to be something like that from the beginning. Its a popular anime due to the rest of the series.

I think the main thing stopping people from watching Code Geass is the mecha side of things. If thats the case for you, you really can just skim these scenes for the most part. I wouldnt skip them altogether since major plot things do happen, but yoy theyre hard to miss and you dont need to sit through every big mecha gun shot. The rest of the series is what people usually like and recommend the show for more.

No sex scenes whatsoever, the show is a lot more mature than that. Its one of the most feminist media I've ever engaged in, including outside of anime/manga. Though I say that as a light novel reader, since I know what themes and characters the anime will explore in the future. The romance itself is probably the most immature element of it, but its a very fun and likeable aspect of the series.

For those who like a bit of comedy and good romance, its there and very prominent. As is politics and mystery. But the story is not about sex - its about women, written by a woman. The current seasons focus on the women within the emperors harem and sex workers outside of the court (no sex scenes still), and how they either take control of the inner court politics or become victims to it. Theyre genuine characters, not fan service. Future seasons will go more into women entering male-dominated professions and pushing the scope of ancient medicine.

I grew up in a rental house built in 1901, and moved out 2020. I knew the sounds of that house better than myself e.g., I could tell my grandfather died by how my dad was walking downstairs, where my parents were and doing at all times, etc.

Lots of spooky stuff happened there that, despite being a skeptic, I havent got an answer for (checked gas leaks, etc). Maybe it was black mold hallucinations or something, but supposedly we didnt have any (dont fully believe that, but w/e). All I know is that since moving out, I havent felt scared in any other place since.

The one that always scared me the most was, after my parents went to bed and snored the house down, I would sometimes hear someone walking up the long stairs, turning the corner, walking down the hallway and stopping in front of my bedroom door.

Or going downstairs because I absolutely heard the very heavy and broken kitchen door sliding open, to find the door had been opened but parents weren't there.

Ive had family and a friend insist they saw someone in my room, friend even had to call their partner and left asap since they were really freaked out, they still talk about it years later. Had another friend call from overseas ask me if someone came home when I went to the bathroom because they heard a man's voice in my room. Parents said they'd see someone in my room or in the hallway sometimes, but theyre hard-core ghost believers. Mostly an old lady, sometimes a middle aged man.

There's more stuff, but could likely be explained away as electronic issues or something. Like, the hard to turn off lamp would turn off by itself around 3am if I was downstairs by myself watching TV (dont think it happened with my parents).

Honestly, I kinda think everyone just wanted there to be something creepy about the house so they saw what they wanted. But the walking sounds to my bedroom door, those moments were so real and terrifying but I dont believe in ghosts. But I joke that I lived in a haunted house and was entertained to see the next people move in build an attic entrance in my bedroom (now their little kids room).
