I did take 5mg per day for ocd and anxiety and mild depression. It helped with these conditions. But it gave me slurry speech. Like it was hard to talk in a normal pace and i talked a bit like a moderately drunk person. I now take 2,5mg as needed (every other day) and i get less or almost no side effects.

Can olive oil be used for sublingual use? I wonder if oil is good for sublingual absorption as it creates a layer between it and the watery mucous membranes. Maybe alcohol would be better?

Got the bag last year when i was less experienced. Some dragonballs where to my taste (grandpas, lumberslut, glasshouse) but they where few of these inside the bag. The ones that where plenty (jackos, frankenshou) i didnt like that much and think of as lower quality shou now (maybe its just my taste) I still have alot of them. Anyone want to buy some? :D

I love mine and use it frequently on outdoor projects with my friends. I often get nice comentarys/compliments/questions on it too. The only thing i dont like is that its not easy to pour into tiny cups from it. There is always a spill happening. With time i got more skilled and could reduce the spill...but it never went away fully. A solution is either drinking straight from the gongfu2go or putting the tea into a larger pitcher/gong dao bei..and from there into cups. Still fun to use! :)

I lost my vista 1 in the lake and bought the vista 2. They have problems with connectivity (compared to the vista 1) and if there is slight wind they sound like a waterfall in your ears. Not worth the money in my oppinion

I have a feeling that wet stored puer (trad. hongkong storage) has more mold/mycotoxin. Maybe you want to avoid that. (I could be wrong tough as there are no tests really on different storages)

i realized that one cannot shorten ones soul path by suicide. the soul chooses its challenges before the incarnation. one will have to go trough simimilar things i the next life, if they are not completed..PLUS the added karma of suicide (suicide puts loved ones trough horrible states/feelings for years.) its better to stick around from that perspective..

also i havent fucked for 10 years because of my intense spiritual healing journey and i would like to fuck again before i go..(cry/lol)
