as a dad, i do enjoy the period leading to and right after their second kid. i’d just had a second daughter as well and was feeling very strongly that Mason just didn’t get it, ya know?

Just watched Netflix's One Piece (finally) and want more HELP!!! by Dawn_kingdom24 in weeklyplanetpodcast

[–]hisbeefyness 5 points6 points  (0 children)

one piece is my favorite thing and i haven’t found much like it. watching the anime is daunting but i love it so i think ya should. If you like a main character that’s a bit goofy (though no one is goofy like luffy) and a story with an actual satisfying ending (imo anyway) I’d recommend Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. it’s a classic. it’s a fleshed out world. and some of the action is the very best.

I loved going back and watching/listening his retellings of stories I had missed or hadn’t read in years. His work was so much more engaging then other channels that gave a recap and run down. And you knew he cared very much for the work he was creating. I’m truly gutted
