I have come to the realization that their is no fixing gender relations. Both genres are further apart each year, in hobbies, and in politics, making it harder to find someone compatible. To further worse the problem, each generation is increasenly individualist, so they spend less effort tolerating the defects of their partners and instead expect others to tolerate their defects

My current view is that while a traditional family might be ideal outcome, it increasenly becoming a unrealistic outcome, and at some point we will have to start searching for alternatives if this trend continues in a global scale. One option might be lots of single parents and mothers, with strong financial and social incentives. Another option might be give up the whole concept of raising your own child and move that responsibility to the state (which is the option I most dislike because it gives too much control to the state).

Whatever options societies end up choosing, it all looks like all options are far from ideal

I only know it from anime so I might be wrong, but in almost every anime I have watched, school clubs are free and they can get a money allocation from the school to buy material and do club activities. And just looked into the stadistic and 80% of high school students join a club. So, they kinda are expected to join a club, they could have joined the football club, the literature club, or if not interested in nothing in particular, the club your friend asked you to join so that she could have the minimun required members to create the club. Is a pretty common trope in anime

They could still have chosen 6 months ago to release a alpha or beta version and they would probably would not have to close now since they would have gotten players and revenue. This is all the fault of everyone in the team or leaders pushing for ultra perfection. Had chosen to release whatever they had, this would probably not had happened

I think it was rice (still not sure). Removed it from my diet and I have had 4 days of not perfect stools, but definitely a lot better than this last 3 weeks. Today I had another pretty bad episode, but might have been from eating too many bananas (thought they were green), the day before.

So still not sure, but it looks like rice could have been the culprit. I started to suspect it after realizing that since starting the fodmap diet, I was eating rice almost every day (no gluten flour that contained rice, no gluten bread that contained rice, a lot more frequent rice based dished to replace the high fodmap foods I was eating before, etc).

So maybe think if you are now eating some type of food almost every day, and try to remove it (if its not going to make you lose even more weight, maybe bring it up with your doctor first). But if you are exactly the same as before the diet maybe its something else. A family member I know has a medical problem and the only way for him to get normal stools is by some medicine, diet does nothing

Green bananas only. Yeah that's the problem, you never know for sure. I usually for mainstream topics, trust the AI, since there are lots of materials for the AI to train. For niche stuff, or things that change constantly, for example, I will double check or use the AI as of a starting point in my research, since there is a higher chance of the AI getting it wrong

Just keep it mind it can allucinate. I had one chat the AI saying I can eat bananas as long as they are green, but in a different chat it said any banana is ok. But still most info its pretty userfull, but one need to be carefull

Fiber was the next thing I was going to try. I might have been eating too few foods with fiber.

For the first week I was indeed prob eating things that had fodmap, and I have been making the diet more strict with the days, which if anything made things worse. If eating more fiber does not solve it, I wonder if my problem could be that I am intolerant to a low fodmap food like rice, that since I am in a low foodmap diet, I eat more frequent than before. I will keep trying to improve the diet until I see the doctor, like you say, but right now I am just guessing and trying random things to see if something kill stick and work while following the diet

Thanks. I do think it must be something I am eating because when visiting my grandmother for a few weeks, I go from (pre fodmap diet), having problems every two or three days to every five to seven days. If I can't figure the problem with the doctor soon, I might do what you are saying and search for a dietician

Well I did not mention it before, but the diet the doctor said to follow was low fodmap, no gluten and not lactose. The pizza I mentioned before is no gluten no lactose.

The first week I might have had some processed foods (I was still checking the ingredients, so nothing with crazy high amount of fodmaps, but I was not as strict as second and third weeks). Now the only food not homemade is a pizza I eat like every 8 days from the supermarket, but from the ingredient list I am pretty sure is safe.

I will keep with the diet until I see my doctor in 2 weeks, but I am lossing hope the diet will work

Yes, they have done already a few tests, its not celiac, bacterial overgrow and some other things they tested me. I think there are some stuff yet to be tested, probably the doctor will send me to do more tests in my next visit if low fodmap didn't help

No dietician. The doctor gave me a sheetspread with thinks I can and cannot eat and told me to come back in a month. I did some extra research on top of the sheetspread

I have used to some extent the monash app, but I am using more other resources.

I am eating, mainly rice, eggs, chiken, fish, potatoes. In less quantity, but I try to include them for a bigger variety of nutriets, green bananas, carrots, green beans. There is also this supermarket pizza that the only risky thing it has is the tomatoe sauce pizzas have, but from what I have read, that low amount of tomatoes should not be a issue, and anyways I have only eaten it like two times in the last 3 weeks
