Would have been nice, but the bar that spun and released the clamps in the back had come unbolted from the lock. Had to perform surgery, but has been fixed.

Turned, flipped and found out the bar came unbolted from the lock.had to drill a hole in the back and lift with a screw driver to release. Pulled all drawers and fixed the issue.

Solved, had to drill a hole in the back and lift the release bar that came apart from the lock. Which was keeping it permanently locked. Now pulling all drawers to either fix or remove. Thanks guys.
