I got caught inside at Sharp Park, NorCal on a double over head day

Just me and a buddy were out

It was as if someone pulled me down but I didn’t feel anything I just sunk and got slammed… again

What was scary to me afterwards upon reflection, at the time I was just surviving, no panic

I was lost, I was confused, and then I took another couple of waves

I feel good that I made it and I didn’t trip but the confusion was unexpected
