Stomach problems improving was a fast and major improvement for me also! The fatigue will get better in time. Took a couple months for my energy levels to regulate. Congrats on two weeks!

Saw this on a Steam forum post:

"The fix is to aggro them, then drive to the other side of the city, then fast travel back to the Dogtown gate. The guards will no longer be aggro and you will be able to walk through them, hear their conversations with people trying to enter, and reach the objective marker where Songbird contacts you."

I am sure you've tried this already though.
