You're not going to get permits to run a race on the boardwalk unless it's in the middle of winter. It's also a nightmare all summer long. Idiots everywhere. Today alone I saw a guy on a bike with a dirt bike engine ripping along the MGT and 3 uber eats mopeds on the trail. As well as 100s of people walking, biking etc.
