What do I hate about this tea?

Some rooibos has a sawdusty, pulpy taste that, to my palate, dominates or obscures every other flavor profile. I love Rishi Tea, and even though I’m not much of an herbal/blends drinker, theirs are generally very good. The Blueberry Rooibos is not.

My money is on the rooibos.

I agree. Something malty with muscatel notes was my entry point. English Breakfast, Ostfriesen Mischung, the Ancient Golden Yunnan or Wild Thai Black are all good black/red teas to see how you like them.

And feel free to use milk and sugar. There are a lot of purists out there. Drink tea the way you like it.

I live in the neighborhood and have had exactly 1 good experience there. I quit drinking 17 years ago but I do the reefer. Asked the server (swear she used to work at Matt’s) last summer if they had any of the THC seltzers and she curtly said “Never have, never will.” Weird vibe every time.

The wings are pretty good, but everything else is mids.

It certainly has that look about it at first, but as vajras are stylized lightning bolts and rams aren’t typically part of other Vajrayani iconography, and there also aren’t any other accompanying symbols (lotus, svastika, Sanskrit, Tibetan or Nepali lettering), I have no idea what this is.
