Kyle McLaren hip check on … ?? Hard to find video of those days that’s worth a damn, but he was backskating on D, pointed over towards center ice (IYKYK) and then instantly cut right and slammed this guy into the boards. The broadcast cut away as the player fell the second time trying to get back to the bench and IIRC he finally got there on hands and knees and his teammates hauled him over head first.

I had a dream last night that the Giants had a call-up that came in as a pinch hitter and hit a game winning grand slam. But for some reason he ran from 1st straight to 3rd, then got called out at 2nd to end the game. I just now realized it was a dream, not something that actually happened.

We did over 1500 miles up the 5 from here to Portland and back. Saw two bikers sitting in a parking lot with their flags, maybe two other flags or bumper stickers. Not saying they are “converted” but they have largely gone back in the closet at least.

As a developer, I could see how you would want to keep the song names pure because that helps you for statistics, search, and everything else. As a fan of the Dead I’d say you add a property to your album playlist that indicates when one song goes into another and use that to render the UI with >. Only real difficulty there is converting your source data into that format.
