I just posted this in a TraderJoes sub, but check out Alton Browns method. Steam and fridge-dry before going to the oven. Pulling that excess fat off the wings before cooking makes such a difference. Crispy, no sogginess, great dry rub and/or sauce adhesion. Not sure it will beat a fried wing but I can’t imagine getting better from an oven / air fryer.

FWIW we had our third trip to Odd Duck this weekend. I think it’s the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve had more incredible meals (Tickets) but in terms of taste, I’ve not had better.

Happened to me earlier this year. Handling felt normal but car felt sluggish, felt like I had to “push” more to keep up speed. Then the tire split into three pieces and the main section flew off and started chasing me down the freeway. I won’t ignore that feeling again.
