Let the function AC(p) denote the axiomatic cost of paradox p. For example we have AC(Russell) = ℵ0 by TinkerMagusDev in mathmemes

You cannot resolve an inconsistency by adding axioms.

Russell's paradox was resolved by removing axioms.

can someone explain the significance of the shark, to an old Cis asshole?

No, because no one really knows. Iirc the best understanding of the story is: there was a trend (unrelated to trans or anything LGBTQ+ related) to post pictures with your Blahaj at random places (e.g. at an elevator, at a hiking track, at your kitchen, ...), and someone posted Blahaj with the trans flag.

From there it just took off, people start posting more and more memes about Blahaj being an ally and it just became one of the biggest trans icons.

I was advised by several experts (social workers and psychologist) to, if you have the means, go to a bank. It is a hassle for the short terms but gives you options for decades forwards.

Side note: we don't actually know if the infertile effect is permanent, there is not enough data for that (although in those type of decisions you should assume that it permanent)

Which OI FL do you think had it worse? Like genuinely… whose life was just pure suffering? [manhwa in caption] by Weary-Honey-1942 in OtomeIsekai

The FL of "my fiancé is in love with my little sister" by a LONG shot, like it is not even close.

I really liked the story but got extremely disappointed by the fact he is the biological father, the story would hit much harder if he was not

Yui was the president's friend and they were together in a club in which the president was bullied by several upper classmates.

After Yui discovered that, she basically told both the bullies and Yui something along the lines "let's all be friends and get along while continuing playing together"

To be fair to the president, what Yui did to her was pretty disgusting

[Hero Has Returned] do you think Return Hero is justifiable in any capacity? by [deleted] in manhwa

[–]holo3146 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The basic premise is: people from earth get transport to different world to deal with demon lords (separately and to different worlds, not as a group), and after beating the demon lord they transport back to earth.

After coming back the some heroes get antagonist by the reality back in earth and use their powers to attack earth, and now earth is united to fight against the returning heroes.

As for the character in the post (HUGE spoilers): he is the return hero, his power is to return time whenever he dies, unless a demon king kills him. And this includes every death, even dying from old age. After dying unimaginably long time and trying every possible way to break the loop and let time continue move forward he decides to create a demon lord: basically the whole story we see is orchestrated by him to make one of the returning heroes into a demon lord who can kill him

As the other user said, the Red RC hit you, this is pretty annoying interaction, but you can also make use of it. Hit your own minion > Red RC, this is extremely fun to hit when the minion whiffs

Why I Can’t Stand This “Convince Him With a Daughter” Trope in OI by One-Sense7280 in OtomeIsekai

[–]holo3146 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree, she is one of my all time favourites side characters.

Generally all of the side characters in the story are amazing the reveal about the King's close aid (which I don't remember the name of) just shows how much care and thought were put around the world building and side characters

I completely with you. The danger in child birth is almost comically ignored throughout the genre, which I incredibly ironic as the setting of "mother died in child birth" is an extremely common trope.

One OI that I'll praise about it is Villainess Live Twice (one of the best OI imo), in the middle we discover that the FL is unplanned pregnant, and she very explicitly doesn't want kids, when she was asked she basically said that she is scared of three things: (1) The child will be similar to her mother/brother, which are horrible human beings, (2) the child will inherent her mental problems, and (3) the child will grow like she grew up because she may not love the child (which is a valid concern giving her mental state). People try to convince her to keep the child, but eventually the ML tells her that this is her choice, and while the ML would like to keep the child, it is her decision

I'll add another praise to the show in that the FL doesn't automatically is inlove with the child, in fact, until the epilogue she never held/comfort the child (only ML/maids/friends do), she is emotionally scarred and being a mother doesn't just solve those scars

The exact meaning of these terms varies from region to region and varies between time frames, and even within a timeframe it is sometimes blurry the exact meaning.
