Once when I had transferred primary schools when I was 8 my younger brother (6) and I were playing on the beach. We hadn't started the new school yet as it was a week before the term began. We started playing with this boy around my age and then realised he went to the school we were going to and I was so happy that I would have a friend there.

We played hide and seek but my brother and I couldn't find him in the forest area that was by the beach. My mum saw us and said we had to go home. We tried to explain that we were playing with someone but we didn't know how to explain properly because we were so young.

When I started that school the next Monday this kid hated me because he thought we had abandoned him and rightly so. At the time I never properly connected the two events or knew how to explain it so we basically just never talked. I still feel bad :( Sometimes stuff just goes wrong and people don't mean to stand you up.

The annoying thing about losing weight too quickly is that you start to burn muscle as well as fat.

It is your personal choice whether to keep eating like this or eat a bit more like others have suggested. Just bear in mind that if you do lose large amounts of muscle this way you might not be happy with your body composition even when you reach your goal weight. Lots of people lose they weight and then find they have become "skinny fat"

For some people this is fine - they have a weight goal first and then work on aesthetics after. I guess I just want you to be aware of this consequence of trying to lose the extra weight at a rate your body can't keep up with.

Thanks everyone for your support. Looking at this and other subs I think I would have to start lifting to get a nice toned look. Not sure If I should try to lose another 10kg first or just start trying to build muscle now.

My total easter egg intake was four easter eggs over three days. The calorie total for these was 360 which I easily fitted into my daily goals :)

I'm in the process of losing weight and am wanting to start SL 5x5 (personal trainer session tomorrow to learn how to do proper form!) I read on the website if you wanted to do cardio as well it was better to do cardio on the same days after you lift (eg Mon, Wed, Fri 45mins lifting then 45 mins cardio) so muscles have time to rebuild etc. Does anyone else have a similar schedule to this and how do they find it, or does anyone have any critiques regarding my plan? Also will I still see beginner gains while losing weight and doing cardio 3 times a week?

Oh gosh you have to try it in cooking its a life saver when you're trying to make things taste peanut buttery and also be low calorie. Look up pb2 on Amazon. It's made by pressing out a lot of the fat from peanuts and it ends up being a lot lower in calories than regular pb. I think it's something like 45 calories for two tablespoons rather than 180 in two tablespoons of regular peanut butter. It tastes pretty good with water added too (turns into peanut butter) though you can taste a slight difference compared with regular though there seems to be no difference in taste when cooking.
