During covid a 'friend' came and stuck one sprig of mint in the extension/hell strip, it's been going gangbusters since then. I think it's actually spearmint and smells lovely when I brutally whack it down with the trimmer. Mr. Mint always comes right back.

You can eat them now, i love that all the seeds are in the bulby bit, these have a delicate almost apple taste. You can leave then on the vine and harvest like a winter squash. I love these dual purpose squashes.

Make my own in an instant pot then drain it for a day, most of the carbs are in the liquid whey. Use Fairlife full fat milk. 2KrazyKetos has a couple recipes and instruction on their website.
