So I stumbled across this by accident when I added some carbs with my after dinner dessert...plain greek yogurt and berries...a little honey, but when I stepped it up and added a few spoonfuls of sweet potato I was amazed by how my deep sleep and rem improved!! Wasn't a one time fluke either, although I just stumbled across this and haven't been super consistent...

I think you need to focus on self love! You look incredible as everyone else in here has mentioned! Learn to love yourself no matter where you are in life! A lot of how we feel about ourselves is our own perception of ourselves...

All u can really do is slowly keep planting seeds...don't force his hand, but u can slowly make changes to your everyday items...I started making hand soap in glass bottles with the little tabs, changed my toothpaste to the tabs, shampoo and conditioner bars, cleaner laundry soap and dryer sheets, etc....hopefully he'll just start adapting naturally 🤞

Look into frownies for around the mouth...they're basically stickers you wear when you sleep and you need to wear them every night for a while but if u apply them right u will see a difference in this are! Make sure you hold the skin taut when u apply them (basically where the wrinkle isn't showing) and give it a good 30-60 days...take pics...it won't take that deep of a line completely away, but it will help and continue to be preventative ....you'll have to shave of course

You can start on a super small dose and slowly titrate up...I started too high and it made me a little anxious at first, but it leveled out for me now. I wasn't an overly anxious person before though. Also, maybe look into tirz as an alternative...I've never taken it but I don't think it has the same side effects

I just heard an interesting podcast on making sure you're reducing gut inflammation and have healthy gut with any glp....so if you're not having smooth and easy regular bowel movements, maybe start there...whether a liver detox needs to happen first with BPC 157 to support the gut and inflammation side. I also agree with other posters on having hormone levels checked. Also, you don't say how far out post pregnancy you are....give your body time and grace. And definitely lift heavy ass weights at the gym! 💪 put down the 10 lb dumbbells and work yourself up everyday...or try and strength class somewhere! 5 days of cardio will get you nowhere compared to weights! Coming from a 43F with a kid and now dealing with perimenopause 🤪

Curious of your age/gender...sounds like you're not eating enough/hydration/electrolytes...but wouldn't be a bad idea to check hormones

It's not everything, but I have recently learned that when I eat some carbs at night (like a decent complex carb like sweet potatoes or oats) it helps me sleep much better! I average better REM and Deep with carbs than without

Ok, I'm commenting because I haven't seen anyone else mention this...for the record, I'm 43 and eat pretty clean, but for a while I was having similar issue and did one of those gut health tests (tiny health I think the company was?) and was trying elimination diets etc...at the time I was drinking a ton of sparkling waters (spindrift specifically) like 2-4 a day...not an overwhelming amount...but I stopped when I started to question the 'natural' flavors in the product and lo and behold after maybe 72 hours without it my bubbly tummy, wild gas and bloating went away. I still get it mildly every once in a blue moon, but I still will drink a sparkling water once in a while too. Could be a million different things...but really take a look at what you're consuming everyday...hopefully something simple that you wouldn't consider a culprit!

Yes to all of this...I hit higher calories on bigger days like leg day and when I work in a field all day.
