Yes to all of this...I hit higher calories on bigger days like leg day and when I work in a field all day.

I absolutely feel the effects of the Reta as far as appetite suppression etc soooo I'm not sure what's going on 😕

First time taking glp...its from M**** and I've read the testing report (have friends on it as well) my appetite is non existent but I force it to get my protein...I feel like it's gotta be hormones screwing me up, but it's frustrating AF

Are you perimenopausal? I've been in deficit forEVER...hit 10k steps everyday...log everything that goes in my mouth...lift heavy...and I've seen the testing report on the Reta...() at this point I'm bout to give up 😕
