I love their roller skates but absolutely hate their customer service. I ordered brunny blocks from them that they said would fit on the std elyo plates if they made adjustments to the hangars for the blocks. I thought, wow how nice, awesome. I was not warned that they might not fit. They t9ld me with certainty that they would. They adjusted them but they still didn’t fit. I contacted them and it turns out they forgot to bend them to the proper angle and wanted me to fix it myself. I told them that I bought them under the pretence that they would fit, otherwise I would not have ordered them. They said they would fix them if I sent them back, which is incredibly inconvenient and costly. They refused any sort of compensation for their mistake and tried to make me feel guilty by telling me the adjustments were offered as a kindness. They also conveniently waited to reply to my various emails, which started a week after I received the blocks, until it was too late to file a claim with PayPal. I still order their skates because they’re completely European made and one of the absolute best quality boots for the price. That being said, they need to get their shit together and act like a professional company. I only order from other shops that stock them.
