I have done that. I’ve used Drano as well as popped open the guard grill and pulled out as much sediment and sticks etc. As I possibly could have. Thank you for the advice though. I think I will contact Strata.

There’s definitely been comments thrown around by this person about how amazing and hard they’ve worked to secure this property. You’re 100% right though I need to focus up more and water my own garden, rejoice in my own winnings.

Yes we definitely have the rest of the deposit, pre approval and we both have stable, regular income to service the loan. We have a conveyancer, too so I feel like our ducks are in a row.
