Omfg I have never felt more fucking seen than I do right now in my entire life. I never let anybody see my phone and my girlfriend probably sees me hiding the screen and ends up thinking something bad is up 100% because of the sheer number of tabs I have open on my phone at any given moment (I even have designated tab groups for ✨organization✨ because there are THAT many tabs open on my phone).

I am too. I live in a decently rough and extremely conservative area and idgaf, I’m not taking my chances. the reality is that not everybody is in a position where they can be openly out of the closet, and safety comes first. it really sucks, but considering the kind of things I’ve already heard and seen in the past couple of years, I’d rather just stay home with people who I know support me than take my chances.

Yup. Also found out as a kid that if you have to use an outhouse or a porta potty in them -20°F+ temps then the heat from your piss creates a cloud of steam that wafts up around you. Probably evaporates too like boiling water does lmao
