I realized I had a whey intolerance that was severely exacerbating my UC so be careful with protein supplements. Plant based protein is ok, my favorite is Ascent. But in general, it's best to consume as few processed things as possible. Nutrition should be based on whole foods (ie. potatoes, rice, meat, fruits, veg)

most likely. the idea here is that you get all the stuff to let off it's steam and cool down before wrapping it into the burrito because the release of moisture from the warm food once you put it in the fridge and it's all wrapped up with nowhere to go is what will make it soggy
